About Wendy Lubell

Wendy Lubell believes that exercise, healthy eating and mindfulness in daily life create the foundation for wellness. As a personal trainer and lifestyle coach, she coaches people on improving their fitness level, reducing stress, breaking unhealthy habits and achieving desired goals.

She works with corporations, individuals, and groups through motivational speaking, seminars, one on one coaching, and personal training domestically and abroad. Wendy also developed a training method called XenFit, which offers an inside out approach to wellness.

As a former collegiate and semi-professional athlete, Wendy has the ability and dedication to push hard and go after her dreams. She knows what it takes to win and translates that winning attitude into life. She encourages her clients to do the same.

She holds certifications in personal training and life coaching. Some of her coursework includes: pre/post natal exercise, cancer fitness recovery, pilates mat exercise, non-verbal communication, visualization, and soccer coaching.

Wendy has over twelve years experience training and teaching. She has conducted motivational talks to large groups of three hundred or more. Some organizations that have tasted her inspiration are: The United States Small Business Administration, The International Coaches Federation, Opnet Technologies, The DC Jewish Community Center, Yale University, Pepperdine Univeristy, Women of Washington, The Women’s Business Center’s Women on Welfare Program, Fitness Corps, and the Center for Mind/Body Medicine.
